1. Acceptance of the Terms

By creating an account or using the WeForge platform (the “Platform”), available at weforge.fit, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of the Service

WeForge is a management platform for fitness and nutrition professionals (“Professionals”) that lets them manage students, create and assign training and nutrition protocols, track physical progress (photos and measurements), record payments, and customize the visual identity of the service provided.

The Platform is a management tool and does not provide health, fitness, or nutrition services. All training content, meal plans, and guidance are the sole responsibility of the Professional who creates and assigns them.

3. Registration and Accounts

To use the Platform, the Professional must create an account with truthful, complete, and up-to-date information. Students access the Platform via an invitation or registration carried out by the responsible Professional.

You are responsible for keeping your access credentials confidential and for all activity carried out under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Professional Responsibilities

The Professional declares that they hold the qualifications and professional registration required by applicable law for the activities they perform (e.g., CREF, CRN).

The Professional is responsible for the personal data of their students entered into the Platform, acting as the controller of that data under the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (Law No. 13,709/2018 – LGPD). WeForge acts as the processor, handling data according to the Professional’s instructions and these Terms.

It is prohibited to use the Platform for unlawful purposes, to store offensive content or content that infringes third-party rights, or to send unsolicited communications.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of all content you enter into the Platform (workouts, plans, photos, measurements, student data). You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display that content solely to provide the service.

Students’ progress photos and health data are treated as sensitive data and stored with access restricted to the responsible Professional’s tenant (workspace).

6. Plans, Payments, and Cancellation

Use of the Platform may be subject to subscription plans with limits on students and storage. The applicable prices, conditions, and payment methods are disclosed at the time of contracting.

You may cancel your account at any time. After cancellation, your data will be deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.

7. Service Availability

We use commercially reasonable efforts to keep the Platform available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may carry out scheduled or emergency maintenance, temporarily suspending access.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WeForge is not liable for damages arising from: (a) guidance, workouts, or meal plans created by Professionals; (b) misuse of the Platform; (c) events beyond our reasonable control, including failures of infrastructure providers.

9. Intellectual Property

The Platform, its brand, layout, code, and features are owned by WeForge and protected by intellectual property law. These Terms do not transfer any intellectual property right to you, except for the limited license to use the service.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Platform or by email with reasonable notice. Continued use after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil. The courts of the user’s domicile are elected to resolve disputes arising from these Terms.
